CELEBRATING WATER
Cooking with natural curiosities from the sea...I asked Sonali Ghosh, Styling magazine food editor to create something special for me using water, ice and creatures from the sea. So she got her big gun pots and pans out and created a wonderful selection of delicious and very colourful dishes. We added a little extra to the dish by sprinkling on the side some more of the extraordinary vintage illustrations of Ernst Haeckel.
