Exploring the realm of natural wonders from the sea, I called upon Sonali Ghosh, our talented food editor of Styling Magazine, to craft something extraordinary using water, ice, and the treasures of the ocean. With her culinary prowess, she wielded her culinary magic, conjuring a splendid array of delectable and vividly colored dishes. Elevating the experience further, we adorned the plates with an additional touch of charm – the exquisite vintage illustrations of Ernst Haeckel. These illustrations, like delicate whispers from the past, lent an extra layer of artistry to the culinary creations, transforming the dining experience into a sensory journey through time and flavour.
